Registration is open for entries into the 2013 Bluff City Brewers Extravaganza, the annual homebrew competition sponsored by the Bluff City Brewers & Connoisseurs of Memphis.

Entry fees are just $5 if you register by Friday, Jan. 25, and they go up to $7 after that.

Registration forms and entries must be received by Feb. 2. Two bottles are required per entry. (Register and pay for entries online here.)

As a special “thank you,” everyone who’s entered the contest as of Jan. 25 will be entered into a drawing for a copy of BeerSmith.  One winner will be announced shortly after and sent a copy of a BeerSmith code.

Final judging for the Extravaganza — which is the club’s 25th annual event — will be held Feb. 23 at Boscos Squared in Midtown Memphis. Judges and stewards are still needed, so sign up online if you’re interested.

The contest is a full 28-category American Homebrewers Association Sanctioned Competition Program event and is open to all homebrewers.
