Beers from Colorado’s Fort Collins Brewery hitting Memphis retail shelves
Memphis is getting more of a taste for the Colorado craft beer scene as beers from the Fort Collins Brewery are hitting retail shelves in the Bluff City.
Fort Collins’ Chocolate Stout, Kidd Lager and Rocky Mountain IPA are arriving in grocery stores and specialty shops. Meanwhile, The Incredible Hop Imperial Rye IPA and Wheat Wine Ale, both higher gravity beers, will be sold in liquor stores.
The Colorado microbrewery has been open for seven years and brews seven full-time beers as well as some seasonal brews. Southwestern Distributing is the Memphis distributor for Fort Collins Brewery.
I’ve had the Rocky Mountain IPA and Incredible Hop Imperial Rye IPA, and both are excellent.
If you plan on attending Zoo Brew on August 31, you’ll be able to sample beers from the Fort Collins Brewery at the festival.
