Wang’s Mandarin House in Memphis to host ‘East meets Wang’s’ beer dinner on Nov. 9
Six tasty craft beers will be paired with Asian cuisine on Nov. 9 as Wang’s Mandarin House in East Memphis hosts the “East meets Wang’s” beer dinner.
A Red Brick Blonde starts off the night, followed by five courses, each paired with a different craft beer.

3-flavor dumplings, paired with North Coast Brewing Co.’s Brother Thelonius
Second course →
Green tea noodle shrimp tempura, paired with Victory Brewing Co.’s Golden Monkey
Third course →
Oil-braised artichokes, paired with Abita Beer’s Andygator
Fourth course →
Traditional Kung Pao Chicken, paired with Stone Brewing Co.’s Stone Pale Ale
Fifth course →
Honey-fried banana with caramelized ginger, paired with Wells & Young’s Brewing Co.’s Wells Banana Bread Ale
